Tom and I initially connected online before my move to DC, and he coordinated multiple remote viewings for me and my fiancé so that we could get a feel for what was available. Upon actually arriving in the district, we had a short deadline for when we needed to be closing on a house. Tom essentially dedicated an entire week to showing us every listing we had shown an interest in, and we were able to close on a property within roughly 3 weeks of our arrival. Tom was incredibly responsive and helpful (any time of day or night, and on the weekends).
